Search Tips
  1. To find a hotel, type in a location such as city, state, country, airport, or hotel name. For example, you could enter any of the following:
    • California
    • New York City
    • Hyatt Regency Chicago

  2. Click "Find Hotel" for a list of relevant results. Your search results will display a list of hotels that best match your search criteria.

  3. You can narrow your search results by selecting your desired features listed on the left-hand side of the page.

  4. To remove a filter, click [remove] beside a selected feature.

Make a Reservation
CHILDREN
At Hyatt Hotels in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean, children are 17 years old and younger. In all other locations worldwide, children are 12 years old and younger.
NUMBER PER ROOM
If you wish to book an unequal number of persons in each room (i.e., one adult in a room, two adults in another), please complete two separate reservations. For optimal search results, please separate accompanying children equally between rooms.
RATE TYPE
Best Available Rate search does not include affiliated or senior rates.

To qualify for the Government Rate, you must be a federal U.S. government employee. Active U.S. government identification must be presented at check-in. This rate is not valid for government contractors. Government employees may only book one room at this rate during their stay.

To qualify for the AAA rate, you must be an active member of AAA Motor Club. Membership card must be presented at check-in. AAA members may only book one room at this rate during their stay. International and Canadian AAA members are eligible for AAA Member Rates at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.

To qualify for the Senior Citizen Rate, you must be 62 years of age or older. Valid identification must be presented at check-in. Senior citizens may only book one room at this rate during their stay.

USERNAME
If you registered on the site before May 12, 2005 and you are not a Gold Passport® member, your username is likely your e-mail address.
If this is your first time signing in to the new system, you will be given the option to set a new username or continue to use your e-mail address. You may go to My Profile at any time to change your username. If you have forgotten your username, please contact Customer Service.
PASSWORDS
You must sign in with a password. If you have forgotten your password, you can have one sent to the e-mail address we have on file. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address on file, please contact Customer Service.
REMEMBER ME
If you select "Remember Me", you will have automatic access to your account information when you return to Hyatt.com. However, your account information cannot be modified without re-entering your password.
If accessing the site from a public or shared computer, please choose "Do Not Remember Me". This option will prevent any of your personal information from being stored on the computer.
RESERVATIONS
When you make a reservation, your name and contact information will be pre-populated.
